DIALED-IN

Learn to set up your tattoo machine, and the logic behind it.

Master your machine, no matter the brand. Get pro-level voltage, needle, and setup guidance for your style—designed for artists who value precision over hype.

How it works

  1. Step 1: Set your artistic goal.

Select your style. This establishes the physics required for the skin you are working on.

  2. Step 2: Calibrate your technique.

Define the hit (Lining vs Shading) to activate our safety guard against skin trauma.

  3. Step 3: Master your gear.

Pick your machine—whether it's a Tier 2 workhorse or a Tier 1 benchmark. The engine adjusts to your specific hardware limits.

  4. Step 4: Find your sync.

Use the Hand Speed slider to match your movement to the motor frequency. Watch the CPS gauge to ensure you aren't outrunning your needle.
